Maxlider Brothers Customs Bronco 6x6

Even though the 2021 Bronco isn’t out just yet, this hasn't stopped prominent custom shops from starting to offer conversion packages, as well as fully developed models, based on upcoming SUV.

The Maxlider Brothers outfit is well known throughout the restomod Bronco community for their fantastic custom work -- especially their cool-looking, four-door classic Bronco. Well, they're back, and this time, it's not with something based on a first-generation model. No, it's a brand new and completely bonkers 2021 Bronco 6x6.

Up to now, 6x6 conversions were the specialty of another renowned custom brand – Hennessey, which already introduced its version of the 2021 Bronco with a V8 under the hood. However, Maxlider Brothers will not just be extending the existing four-door Bronco, then calling it a day. They'll also install a special suspension kit on all three of its axles, new drive train, engine upgrade, body workpieces, and so much more. That's why the asking price for one of these beasts starts at a whopping $399,000.

Also, if you think that the pics you see here are of the production model, we hate to disappoint you, but these are the renderings, since the real thing hasn't been constructed yet.

The First Confirmation Emails Are In!

After several delays, it looks like 2021 Bronco production will go on as planned. Ford announced that on the 15th of April, the first emails will be sent to the customers who ordered their cars and that in those emails, buyers will be provided with the exact VIN and estimated build date.

We're happy to announce that the first customers, in fact, did get the confirmation emails from Ford and that their Broncos will all have June build date. While these vehicles will be produced on schedule, their actual delivery will likely take place a month later -- or maybe even two.

We'll keep you posted, and in the meantime, comment and tell us if you got the email as well.

How The Fastback Soft Top Actually Works

One of the coolest features of 2021 Broncos is definitely the featured soft top, making every Bronco a convertible as well. However, there's an even a cooler version -- an optional Fastback-style roof that features a tilted rear portion for a more sporty and dynamic appearance.

Many of our fans asked us to tell them how it actually works and how hard (or easy) it is to fold down the soft top on a Fastback Bronco. Here's a video that explains the process perfectly .
